§1860. Purpose
The purpose of this Chapter is to provide multiagency and multidisciplinary support
and services to victims of abuse, sexual assault, stalking, cyberbullying, and human
trafficking, to ensure that victims are able to access all needed services, to enhance victim
safety, to increase offender accountability, and to reduce to a minimum the number of times
the victim is questioned and examined and the number of places a victim must go to receive
assistance.
