§ 45:9 — Permitting or assisting violation

Louisiana·Title 45 Public Utilities and Carriers
No member of a firm and no officer, director, agent or employee of a corporation shall knowingly permit or assist the firm or corporation to engage in the business of carrying passengers for hire by airplane without the firm or corporation having first complied with all the provisions of this Chapter. Whoever violates this Section shall be fined not more than one thousand dollars, or imprisoned for not more than six months or both.
