Text

The Louisiana Public Service Commission shall require all express, telegraph and telephone companies or corporations doing business in Louisiana upon the demand of any person to adopt, make, and change, reasonable and just joint through rates and charges for the carriage of express matter, and the transmission of messages by telegraph and communications by telephone between points in this state. Nothing in R.S. 45:1093 through 45:1096 shall mean that any telephone or telegraph company is required to connect its wires and apparatus, with the wires or apparatus of any other telephone or telegraph company.
