§ 45:10 — Unlawful piloting; penalty

Louisiana·Title 45 Public Utilities and Carriers
No person shall operate or pilot any airplane in which passengers are carried for hire, unless the airplane is used in the business of carrying passengers for hire by a person who has complied with all the provisions of this Chapter. Whoever violates this section shall be fined not more than one thousand dollars or imprisoned for not more than six months, or both.
