Text

A. No motor carrier, owner of a certificate or permit, his agent or employee, directly or indirectly, shall offer, permit, or give to any person, directly or indirectly, any commission or other consideration to induce such person to deliver property to be transported; nor shall any shipper, consignee, his agent, or employee receive from any motor carrier, directly or indirectly, any commission or consideration as an inducement to secure the transportation of any property. B.

(1)(a) It shall be unlawful for any motor carrier operating under the jurisdiction of the Louisiana Public Service Commission to charge, demand, collect, or receive a greater, lesser, or different compensation for transportation or for any service in connection therewith between the points enumerated in such tariffs or
