A. Not later than one hundred twenty days after a request by a local governmental subdivision, the holder of a certificate shall provide the local governmental subdivision in which it provides cable service or video service with capacity in its network to allow public, educational, and governmental (PEG) access programming streams or channels for noncommercial programming consistent with this Section. B.
