§ 45:1343 — Corporation participation

§1343. Corporation participation
The corporation may, in each instance, subject to the prior authorization of the
commission, participate in financing transactions contemplated by the Louisiana Electric
Utility Storm Recovery Securitization Act, R.S. 45:1226 through 1240.
