§ 45:1327 — Status of corporation

§1327. Status of corporation
The corporation, any issuer, and any financing party shall not be considered a utility
or person providing electric service or natural gas service by virtue of engaging in the
transactions described in this Part. The corporation is not an agent of any utility.
