§501. Board; creation; appointment; compensation A. The Louisiana Historical Records Advisory Board is hereby created in the Department of State. B. The board shall be comprised of fifteen members. The membership of the board shall be:
(1)The secretary of state or his designee who shall be the chairman of the board.
(2)The director of state archives or his designee.
(3)The state librarian or his designee.
(4)One representative selected by the Louisiana Clerks of Court Association.
(5)One representative selected by the Louisiana Municipal Association.
(6)One representative selected by the Police Jury Association of Louisiana.
(7)One representative selected by the Louisiana Sheriffs' Association.
(8)One representative selected by the Louisiana Archives and Manuscripts
