§419. §419. Preservation, conservation, and exhibition of records
A.The secretary shall maintain a conservation and exhibition program and
shall provide for the preservation, conservation, and exhibition of records at the
Louisiana State Archives.
B.The secretary shall provide for the exhibition of copies in lieu of the
original records if the secretary deems it necessary to protect old, fragile, or damaged
records.
