§ 41:424 — Suits in name of state

Louisiana·Title 41 Public Lands
All suits or process shall be in the name of and for the use and benefit of the state, and shall be issued and served by the proper officials without advance of costs, or security therefor. All suits shall be prosecuted to judgment and final execution; and in cases where suits have already been instituted the district attorney shall prosecute them to final judgment and execution.
