§1915. Restrictions on sale of anhydrous ammonia; permit; bond; insurance A. No person shall engage in business as a dealer in anhydrous ammonia or as a dealer in equipment used in the handling of anhydrous ammonia, as herein defined in R.S. 40:1913(B)(1), within the state of Louisiana, without first having obtained a permit from the Liquefied Petroleum Gas Commission. This permit shall be issued only after the proper written application has been completed and filed, fees paid to the commission, and after all other requirements for such dealers have been complied with by the applicant.
