§1730.28.3. Authority of the Louisiana Department of Health Nothing in this Part or any provision adopted pursuant to this Part shall prohibit the Louisiana Department of Health from the following:
(1)Regulating stored water temperatures through enforcement of the Sanitary Code.
(2)Regulating medical gas and medical vacuum systems.
