§1139.5. Ambulance service district commission; qualifications, appointment, vacancies, removal, and compensation of members

A.The ambulance service district created pursuant to this Part shall be governed by the Ambulance Service District Commission, hereafter referred to as the "commission". The commission shall be composed of seven members, one member from each congressional district and the remaining member or members from the state at large, appointed by the governor, subject to confirmation by the Senate, from a list of names submitted by the Louisiana Ambulance Alliance.
