§1800.25. Membership of board of directors; vacancies; compensation; expenses A. The corporation shall be governed by a board of seven directors comprised as follows:

(1)The governor, or his designee.
(2)The commissioner of administration, or his designee.
(3)The president of the Senate, or his designee.
(4)The speaker of the House of Representatives, or his designee.
(5)The secretary of Louisiana Economic Development, or his designee.
(6)The president of the Louisiana Community and Technical College System, or his designee.
(7)The secretary of Louisiana Works, or his designee. B. Members of the board of directors shall serve without compensation, but the corporation may reimburse such members for necessary expenses incurred in the discharge of their duties. Members of the legislatu
