§1800.1. Title
This Chapter shall be referred to and may be cited as the "Louisiana Corrections Private Management Act".
Acts 1989, No. 360, §1, eff. June 28, 1989.
{{NOTE: ACTS 1989, NO 360, §2, PROVIDES AS FOLLOWS:
"Section 2. If, for any reason, the provisions of this Act which provides that no contract shall be entered into unless the contract is approved by the Joint Legislative Committee on the Budget is declared unconstitutional or invalid, the other provisions of this Act shall be deemed separable and shall not be affected in any manner thereby. In such event, any contract meeting the other conditions and requirements of the Act may be entered into without approval by the Joint Legislative Committee on the Budget and any such contract previously entered into with approval of the Jo
