§1681. Authority of the commissioner of administration The commissioner of administration shall have the authority to review and determine any appeal by an aggrieved person from a determination by the state chief procurement officer or his designee which is authorized by R.S. 39:1671, R.S. 39:1672, or R.S. 39:1673.
