NOTE: §16.11 eff. until July 1, 2026, or the day after the commissioner of administration
and the legislative auditor report to the legislature that the transition is complete, whichever
is earlier. See Acts 2023, No. 446.
§16.11. Duties of the commissioner relative to the dedicated funds database
A. The commissioner shall ensure the website includes a dedicated funds database
that is electronically searchable by the public.
B. All state agencies shall be required to provide information pursuant to this
Subpart that contains the electronic database of reports supported by appropriations from
dedicated funds required by R.S. 49:308.5(B).
C. The dedicated funds database shall include access to the report on special funds
prepared by the state treasurer as required by R.S. 49:308.3(E).
