§1241. Fiscal agent banks for cities over one hundred fifty thousand population Fiscal agent banks for the deposit of funds belonging to cities in this state having a population exceeding one hundred fifty thousand according to the last preceding federal census of the United States, for which the official figures have been published, or any department, board, commission, or institution thereof, shall be selected and designated in the manner provided by resolution or ordinance of the commission council or the governing body, of the cities and under the terms and conditions deemed appropriate or advisable by them.
