§2905. Oaths Before entering upon his official duties, each commissioner of the district created hereby shall take and subscribe to an oath before an officer authorized by law to administer oaths, that he will honestly, faithfully and impartially perform the duties devolving upon him as a commissioner of said district and that he will not neglect any of the duties imposed upon him hereby. The oaths of the commissioner shall be recorded in the oath book of Jackson Parish. Added by Acts 1968, No. 589, §1.
