§2327.1. Sabine River Authority; transfer of lands and employees

A.The Sabine River Authority, with approval of the governor, is hereby authorized to transfer to the State Parks and Recreation Commission, and the State Parks and Recreation Commission is hereby authorized to acquire and accept delivery of, the following described recreational sites located at or within the area comprising the Toledo Bend Reservoir: Site No. Parcel No. Tract Acreage 8 1 Sabine Lumber Company 86.47
B.The Sabine River Authority, with approval of the governor, is hereby authorized to transfer to the State Land Office, and the State Land Office is hereby authorized to acquire and accept delivery of, the following described recreational sites located at the Toledo Bend Reservoir: Site No. Parcel No. Tract Acrea
