§ 38:2327

§2327. Cooperation with federal and state agencies The board of commissioners may cooperate with the government of the United States and may contribute financially to the expense of such improvement projects as are or may be authorized or adopted by the United States; it may also cooperate with all agencies, departments and subdivisions of the State of Louisiana in all undertakings, the purpose of which will be the furtherance of the objects and purposes for which the Authority is created and the authority to cooperate with any such agency of the state or federal government shall include the authority to contract with any such agency and to accept any grant or gratuity made for any of the purposes of this Chapter.
