Text

A. The board shall issue a license to an applicant who meets the requirements of this Chapter. B. The license shall include all of the following:

(1)The full name of the license holder.
(2)A serial number.
(3)A signature of an appropriate officer of the board under the board's seal. C. The issuance by the board of a license is prima facie evidence that during the term of the license the license holder is entitled to all the rights and privileges of a licensed geoscientist. D. A licensed geoscientist may engage in the practice of any discipline of geoscience.
