A.All domestic firms and foreign firms qualifying to do business in the state of Louisiana, which practice or offer to practice engineering or land surveying, or both in the state of Louisiana are subject to regulation and supervision by the board, and the board, in implementation of this Section, may issue rules and regulations further governing the conduct and activities of such firm.
B.Within thirty days after the issuance by the secretary of state of a certificate of incorporation of a Louisiana corporation formed pursuant to the Louisiana Business Corporation Law, the Louisiana Nonprofit Corporation Law, or the Louisiana Architectural-Engineering Corporation Law, or the issuance by the secretary of state of a certificate of organization of a Louisiana limited liability company forme
