§600. Grounds for denial, suspension, summary suspension, or revocation of a certificate of registration A. The board may deny the issuance of, suspend, revoke, or refuse to renew any certificate of registration or place on probation any registrant, after notice and opportunity for hearing pursuant to the Administrative Procedure Act, upon proof of any of the following:

(1)Obtaining or attempting to obtain a certificate of registration by means of fraud, misrepresentation, or concealment of material facts, including making false statements on an application or other document required by the board.
(2)Selling, bartering, or offering to sell or barter a certificate of registration.
(3)Engaging in unprofessional conduct that is likely to endanger the health, safety, or welfare of the publi
