Text

The board shall maintain a record book wherein the names of all persons who are licensed to practice podiatry by the board shall be inscribed. If an applicant successfully passes the examination provided for in this Part, he shall receive from the board under its seal a certificate entitling him to practice podiatry in this state. This certificate or a renewal thereof, shall be the only evidence of the right of a person to practice podiatry. A copy of the certificate certified by the secretary of the board shall be received as evidence in all the courts in this state.
