§3390.6. Addictive disorders professionals; fees and penalties A. The board shall, by rule, adopt a schedule of fees and penalties to be charged relative to the issuance of licenses and certifications provided for in this Chapter. B. The board may impose and collect the following fees:

(1)Each application for a licensed addiction counselor, certified addiction counselor, or registered addiction counselor shall be accompanied by a fee prescribed by the board. The fee for processing the application shall be in an amount at least sufficient to cover the cost of processing the application, but shall not be less than one hundred dollars nor more than three hundred dollars. The fee for administering the written examination shall be in an amount at least sufficient to cover the cost of administe
