§3390.2. Reciprocity; other states
The board may recognize, grant, or issue any credential or status authorized by this
Chapter, and without examination in this state, to any applicant holding a valid credential or
status recognized or issued in another state, provided the board determines that the credential
or status in question is based upon an examination or other requirements substantially
equivalent to the requirements of this Chapter and such other requirements as may be
prescribed by the board in accordance with the provisions of this Chapter. The board shall
have the authority to determine which status or credential, and corresponding scope of
practice, authorized by this Chapter should be allowed to an individual seeking reciprocity.
