A.Part II of Chapter 10 of Title 38 of the Louisiana Revised Statutes of 1950 1 shall apply to navigation districts.
B.The boards may undertake such work with their own organization subject, however, to the provisions of Part II, Chapter 10 of Title 38 of the Louisiana Revised Statutes of 1950 1 ; they may also contribute to the cost of any work undertaken by the government of the United States, or agencies of the state of Louisiana, which will further the objects for which districts are created.
