§3482. Report of any misuse of funds
If the legislative auditor determines that any expenditures by the recipient
governmental entity have not been made in accordance with this Chapter, he shall promptly
report the facts of such expenditure to the Legislative Audit Advisory Council. The council
shall make further investigation of the matter as it deems necessary.
