§1901. Creation of Columbia Port Commission A. There is hereby created a commission to be known as the Columbia Port Commission. It shall be composed of five members, who shall serve without compensation and who shall be appointed as follows:
(1)Two commissioners shall be appointed by the governing authority of the parish of Caldwell;
(2)Two commissioners shall be appointed by the governing authority of the town of Columbia;
(3)One commissioner shall be elected by the appointed commissioners at their initial meeting.
B. One of the two commissioners initially appointed by the governing authority of the parish of Caldwell shall serve for one year. One of the commissioners initially appointed by the governing authority of the town of Columbia shall serve for two years. The commissioner ini
