Text
A.
(1)The commission shall be governed by a board of commissioners to be known as the "Board of Commissioners of the St. Bernard Parish Water and Sewer Commission". The board shall be composed of seven members, each of whom shall be a person who is actually domiciled in St. Bernard Parish during his term of office. Any member of the commission who removes his domicile from St. Bernard Parish shall thereby vacate his office, any declaration of retention of domicile notwithstanding.
(2)The board shall elect its officers which shall include a president, first vice president, second vice president, and secretary-treasurer. The secretary-treasurer may be, but shall not be required to be, a member of the board. All other officers shall be members of the board.
