§447.16. Mayor's court; town of Livingston; court costs
Notwithstanding R.S. 33:441(A) or any other provision of law to the contrary, the
mayor of the town of Livingston may impose court costs not to exceed fifty dollars for each
offense, as defined by ordinance, on any defendant convicted of a violation of a municipal
ordinance.
