Text

A. Any municipality taking advantage of this Subpart shall adopt a resolution giving notice of its intention to make proposed improvements. The resolution shall contain a general description of the improvements contemplated and the manner of paying for them and shall state whether the improvements will be constructed under private contract or undertaken by the municipality. Such resolution shall be signed by the authorized officer of the municipality. B.

(1)The notice shall contain substantially all things set forth in the resolution. However, if there will be a penalty for prepayment of assessments levied against individual property owners pursuant to R.S. 33:3306, such penalty provisions shall be stated directly and without ambiguity so as to be understandable to a reasonable man.
