A.There is hereby created, in accordance with this Subpart, an interlocal risk management agency to be known as the Louisiana Hospital Association Workers' Compensation Interlocal Risk Management Agency, hereinafter referred to as the "agency". The agency shall be in the form of a trust, the majority of the members of which shall be governmental subdivisions.
B.All powers, duties, functions, and responsibilities of the agency shall be vested in a board of trustees to be appointed by the Louisiana Hospital Association from among the members of the trust in accordance with the provisions of the trust. The board shall have the power to perform all functions necessary to pool hospital employers' liability and workers' compensation insurance risks for the trust's hospital members in accordanc
