§202. Louisiana Bicycle and Pedestrian Safety Dedicated Fund Account

A.There is hereby created, as a special account in the state treasury, the Louisiana Bicycle and Pedestrian Safety Dedicated Fund Account, to be referred to as the account. The source of monies for the account shall be that portion of the monies derived from fees imposed and dedicated to the account pursuant to the provisions of R.S. 47:463.148, and grants, gifts, and donations and any other monies received by the state for the purposes of bicycle and pedestrian safety and which are appropriated to the account.
B.After compliance with the requirements of Article VII, Section 9(B) of the Constitution of Louisiana, relative to the Bond Security and Redemption Fund, an amount equal to that deposited into the state treasury
