§ 32:21

§21. Uniform application The provisions of this Chapter and the regulations of the department adopted pursuant thereto shall govern the operation of vehicles and pedestrians upon all highways within this state and other areas specifically set forth; provided, however, that local authorities may adopt local traffic regulations in accordance with the provisions of R.S. 32:41, 32:42. Acts 1962, No. 310, §1.
