§1511. Illegal discharge of hazardous materials
No person shall intentionally discharge or cause to be discharged the contents of any
transport vehicle containing hazardous material between the points of origin and the points
of billed destination, except as authorized by representatives of the Department of Public
Safety and Corrections or the Department of Conservation and Energy.
