§1402. Joint legislative committee on federal oil overcharge monies

A.A joint legislative committee, the Joint Committee on Federal Oil Overcharge Monies, shall consist of twelve members including the president of the Senate; and a member of the Senate Natural Resources Committee, a member of the Senate Education Committee, a member of the Senate Health and Welfare Committee, a member of the Senate and Governmental Affairs Committee, and a member of the Senate Committee on Finance, all appointed by the president; the speaker of the House of Representatives; and a member of the House Natural Resources and Environment Committee, a member of the House Education Committee, a member of the House Committee on Health and Welfare, a member of the House and Governmental Affairs Committee, and a me
