§ 30:1202 — Definitions

§1202. Definitions Except where the context clearly indicates otherwise, as used in this Chapter:
(1)"Building" means any structure which includes provisions for a heating or
cooling system, or both, or for a hot water system.
(2)"Commercial building" means any building other than a residential building,
including any building developed for industrial or public purposes.
(3)"Energy analyst" means a person who determines the thermal or lighting
efficiency of a building which is to be constructed or renovated.
(4)"Energy auditor" means a person who conducts and certifies an energy audit to
determine the thermal or lighting efficiency of a building.
(5)"Light commercial building" means any commercial building of less than five
thousand square feet in gross floor area and three or less st
