§124.1. Confidential information A. Information submitted to the board, the office of mineral resources, or the office of state resources as part of a bid or proposal for the right to explore, develop, or utilize public property may be deemed confidential and withheld from public disclosure by the board or office if disclosure of such information would be reasonably likely to:

(1)Reveal technical, operational, or financial details to be used in the bid or proposal; and
(2)Give any advantage to a competitor. B.
