§1162. Preservation of rights
The owner of land burdened by a renewable energy lease and the lessee of a
renewable energy lease shall exercise their respective rights with reasonable regard for those
of the other. Subject to the laws of registry, the lessee of a renewable energy lease shall not
unreasonably interfere with the rights of others lawfully exercising their rights in the land.
