§11.1. Filing and recording of orders creating drilling or production units
Within thirty days after the issuance thereof, the secretary of the state of Louisiana
shall cause to be filed and recorded in the conveyance records of the parish or parishes in
which the immovable property affected thereby is situated certified copies of all orders and
amendments thereof creating drilling or production units.
