Text

A. Each school shall keep a written record of restricted use pesticides used to control pests. After the application of a restricted use pesticide, an entry shall be made in the record which lists:

(1)The name of the pesticide applied.
(2)The quantity of pesticide applied.
(3)The pest which the pesticide is intended to control.
(4)The date, time, and location on the school grounds where the pesticide was applied.
(5)The name of the person or persons who applied the pesticide. B. The records required by Subsection A of this Section shall be kept for at least three years in the business office of each school and made available for public inspection by any person during regular school hours.
