Text

A. The commissioner may investigate any circumstances relating to the presence of pesticides in the waters of the state in concentrations which the commissioner has determined pose a threat or reasonable expectation of a threat to human health or to the environment under R.S. 3:3306. B. In connection with any investigation conducted under Subsection A of this Section, the commissioner may take the following actions:

(1)The commissioner may enter, during working hours, any property or premises within which the commissioner has reason to believe are located any affected waters or any substance which has caused or is causing any waters of the state to be affected.
(2)The commissioner may take samples of any affected water, or of any substance which has come in contact with the affected wate
