A.
(1)Each person who holds a place of business permit who treats any property for subterranean termites, dry wood termites, powder post beetles, or old house borers shall enter into a written contract with the owner of the property. This contract shall be referred to as a "standard contract". The contract shall be in a form acceptable to the commission, shall guarantee that the property was treated in accordance with the minimum specifications adopted by the commission for the type of pest being treated, and shall guarantee that if the property becomes reinfested with the type of pest for which treatment was made within one year of the date of treatment, the property will be retreated.
