§ 3:2139 — Penalty for violations
Louisiana·Title 3 Agriculture and Forestry
Whoever willfully violates this Part shall be fined not less than three hundred dollars nor more than one thousand dollars or imprisoned for not less than thirty days nor more than sixty days, or both.
