§611. Layoff bets
An operator may seek to reduce its risk exposure on a sports event by placing a wager
with another book. An operator may accept wagers placed by other operators. An operator
may place wagers only with other operators. The operator that places a wager shall inform
the book accepting the wager that the wager is being placed by a book and shall disclose the
book's identity.
