§275. Protection of creditor's operations during creditor's enforcement in certain situations
To encourage the lending of money to the casino gaming operator or a licensee, to foster economic development and growth, to insure the continuity of employment of Louisiana citizens and to maintain the integrity and regulation of casino gaming operations, the corporation shall have authority, either by rules and regulations or by contract, or both, to provide for the protection of the rights of holders of security interests in both immovable property and movable property including gaming devices used in or related to casino gaming operations and to provide for the continued operation of the official gaming establishment during the period of time that a lender as holder of a security interest seek
