§ 27:206 — Venue in civil proceedings
Louisiana·Title 27 Louisiana Legislature
Notwithstanding any other provision of law to the contrary, the venue for any civil proceeding by, against, or to which the corporation is a party shall be the parish of East Baton Rouge.
